Craftsman Matthew Schildkret, he consciously created this lifestyle brand with products that were meant to be as beautiful as serve the purpose to enrich your life in more ways than one – eventually companions on your journey.
Late Sunday’s have been in Matthew’s blood for generations. His grandparents were garment industry workers, and his mum was a clothing buyer. Having lived in 16 places in 10 years, he became an expert traveller. From India to Amsterdam, he witnessed people using clothing old and new to protect and warm their necks, their babies, their bodies. Inspired by how deeply clothing and culture are interwoven and how a pattern or texture can tell an entire story of a family’s heritage.

For instance, all of their extra fabric is used to make baby blankets for the Department of Children and Family Services of Los Angeles.
And all of the machine scraps are put into burlap bags they upcycle from our local coffee house to make beds for dogs in shelters.
