  1. A donation to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) starts at $200,000 for a single applicant. 
  2. Real estate investment requires a minimum of $200,000.

The application process in Dominica takes six months and includes steps similar to Grenada:

  • choosing an authorised agent;
  • preparing  and submitting application;
  • Due Diligence check;
  • making the required investment;
  • receving passport.
